In the Housing business

we will continue to build functional and sustainable homes and living environments to enable sustainable living. we aim to establish a brand that optimizes living by the end of the strategy period 2023-2025. In housing, our goal is to seek growth in growing cities in Liberia and Ghana.

The Infrastructure and Business Premises businesses play an important strategic role. In both business premises and infrastructure construction, we utilize our expertise to generate a strong operating profit and stable cash flow. In the Business Premises and Infrastructure businesses, we focus on profitable core competence, project selections, and efficient project implementation. In both segments, the target is to achieve an operating profit of more than 4% by 2025.

Real estate development will be a customer-centric developer and best-in-class partner by creating attractive investment opportunities for its investor partners. At the same time, the focus on long-term ownership and service business will cease. The goal of real estate development is to achieve a return on investment of more than 10% by the end of 2025.
